You can become a member of The Bosphorus Club Card with just one click! All you have to do is click the "Sign Up" button.
You can pay the membership fee as a single payment from all cards by clicking the 'Become a Member' button, by contacting our membership team by phone or email, by money order & mail-order, or at the hotel.
Invoices are issued at the end of the relevant month and sent as an e-invoice to your email address in the second week of the following month.

If you lose your membership card, you must contact us by phone to cancel it. You can pick up a new card in your name by contacting us.

Your The Bosphorus Club Card membership is valid for 1 calendar year from the date of payment.
- 0-6 years old free
- 50% discount for ages 6-12
- 12 and above are charged the regular rate (may benefit from membership discount)
You can benefit from discounts for up to 10 people.
Our room types are Executive and Advantage Bosphorus rooms. Two adults and one child (ages 0-6) can stay free in these room types. For two adults and one child over 6, an extra bed fee of €55 is required for a maximum of three people.
At our Sabrosa main restaurant; 0-6 year olds are free, 6-12 year olds are 50% off, and 18 year olds are subject to the regular adult fee. (25% discount applies to membership.)
It is not valid for reservations made through travel agencies or for group or group bookings. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or any other advantage.
All benefits are subject to hotel availability; valid 7 days a week, except for the “Void Days” below, valid until the expiration date stated on the membership card unless otherwise stated.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s), loyalty program, coupon or voucher. Discounts do not include applicable taxes, service charge or gratuities.
Invalid Days:
Benefits will not be valid on Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Night, New Year's Eve and Day, Religious and National Holidays, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Limited Edition:
The Limited Edition card will not be valid only on New Year's Eve.
It is mandatory to present the membership card to benefit from the advantage.
When presenting the Membership Card, the MEMBER must also present a photo ID document (identity card, driver's license, passport or marriage certificate) for identity verification, if requested by Swissotel .

Membership cancellation will be accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Cancellation will be made after the deductions specified in the Membership Agreement are made, provided that the membership card is returned to the hotel.
For the cancelled membership, the remaining amount will be refunded after the deductions specified in the membership contract are made.
