Terms of Use:

• This certificate has been issued by Swissôtel The Bosphorus for the use of the 16 rooftop restaurants located within the hotel.
• Beverages are not included in the certificate fee.
• The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used in installments (it must be used in one go).
• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the usage date. The certificate is valid for Christmas, New Year's and all special holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter,

• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed.
• Reservations not made within one year of the certificate purchase date will become invalid.
• During reservation procedures, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service.
• Reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be using the service.
