Terms of Use:

• This certificate has been issued by Swissôtel The Bosphorus for the April 23 Children's Festival, which will take place within Sultanpark, located on the hotel grounds.
• The time indicated is the door opening time.
• Tickets are required for children aged 3 and over.
• The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to individuals it deems unsuitable or likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
• We kindly request that you be at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
• You must present your ticket as a barcode/ticket check will be performed upon entry.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the event venue and time.
• Bringing food and drinks into the event area is prohibited.
• Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bringing cameras and photographic equipment into the event venue is prohibited.
• It is mandatory for our youngest guests to be accompanied by their parents (mother or father) in the area.
• The certificate is valid for the day of the event and cannot be used in installments. (It must be used in one go)
• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed.
• Event certificates are non-transferable.
• When making a reservation, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service.
• Reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be using the service.
