Terms of Use:

• This certificate is issued by Swissotel The Bosphorus for the use of the Bosphorus Tea Time Set Menu at Café Swiss within the hotel.
• Tea Time takes place every day between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• The certificate fee includes unlimited tea.
• There is no set menu. Our chefs prepare tea time sets with fresh ingredients.
• The sets are served for a minimum of 2 people and prices are per person.
• The certificate cannot be used on days when buffet service is provided.
• Reservations are required before using the certificate.
• The certificate is invalid on Christmas, New Year's Day, and all other special holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.).
• The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used in installments. (It must be used in a single transaction.)
• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled use date.
• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed. Reservations not made within 6 months of the certificate's purchase date will become invalid.
• When making a reservation, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service.
• Reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be using the service.
