The Chalet Classic Tasting Menu is a special gastronomic experience offered at the Chalet Restaurant of Swissôtel The Bosphorus , nestled amidst nature and boasting a 130-year-old historic mountain chalet atmosphere. Prepared with the warmth of a fireplace and Alpine breezes, this menu brings together the most beloved flavors of Swiss cuisine.

This selection of Chalet's signature dishes, including alpenteller, raclette rösti, cheese malakoff, cheese rondue, Bourguignonne fondue, and chocolate fondue, offers an unforgettable evening focused on sharing and enjoyment.

Terms of Use:

• This certificate is issued by Swissôtel The Bosphorus for the use of the Chalet restaurant within the hotel.
• All beverages other than tea or coffee included in the set menu will be extra.
• The certificate is valid until the end of March from the date of purchase and cannot be used in installments (it must be used in one go).
• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the usage date. The certificate is invalid on Christmas, New Year's Day, and all special holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.).
• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed.
• Reservations not made by the end of March from the date of certificate purchase will become invalid.
• During reservation procedures, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service. Reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be using the service.
