• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the usage date. The certificate is invalid on Christmas, New Year's Day, and all special holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.).
• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed.
• The certificate will expire if it is not reserved within one year of the date of purchase.
• When making a reservation, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service.
• The reservation must be made in the name of the person who will be using the service.
