Terms of Use:

• This certificate is issued by Swissôtel The Bosphorus for the use of Madhu's restaurant located within the hotel.
• Beverages are not included in the certificate fee.
• The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used in installments (it must be used in one go).
• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made at least 2 weeks prior to the usage date. The certificate is invalid on Christmas, New Year's Day, and all special holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.).
• The certificate's validity date cannot be changed.
• Reservations not made within one year of the certificate purchase date will become invalid.
• During reservation procedures, it is mandatory to provide the Order Confirmation Number found on your Order Confirmation document. The certificate must be presented physically or digitally when using the service. Reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be using the service.
